

1. Interested person would fill
out short web form identifying themselves and what they
are looking for in representation. No disclosure of idea
is necessary.
2. Short questionnaire about the scope of your idea. Again,
no disclosure of the idea is necessary.
3. Submittal of information through website to 20 FIRST Innovative
Creations
4. Receipt and review of your information submittal by 21ICC
5. Response by 21ICC, if we can’t help you then we
will respond by e-mail and notify you of this, we will give
you are best suggestions and advice for free though. If we
feel we can help you then we will respond by e-mail and request
to schedule a short 5-10 minute discussion (Nothing Formal).
6. From our 5-10 minute discussion, both the inventor and
21ICC will determine if representation is needed and if both
parties feel confident that concept will achieve commercial
success. If representation is needed and approved then 21ICC
will continue discussions and ask inventor to begin the disclosure
process of invention and evaluation of terms/conditions between
inventor and 21ICC.
7. Once disclosure is made to 21ICC, a final judgement will
be made by 21ICC to determine representation.
8. If representation proceeds, 21ICC and client will enter
into representation agreement. 21ICC will provide boilerplate
terms to inventor.
9. Upon final review and agreement to terms/conditions, agreement
will be signed by each party and 21ICC will begin work on
the project. |
